As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline efficiency and growth. This role is integral to expanding our marketing capabilities as we continue to scale.\n Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and develop the architecture and strategy for Weights &amp; Biases’ marketing technology, focusing on core systems that align with our go-to-market operations.</li><li>Build and execute on a cohesive marketing technology roadmap, with a focus on tool evaluation, system integrations, automation processes, and lead processing.</li><li>Manage marketing database operations and support data requests such as segmentation and list creation to enhance targeting and campaign performance.</li><li>Create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor business health, including database hygiene, website metrics, lead scoring, and campaign performance.</li><li>Develop and implement solutions to optimize critical systems and workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient marketing operations.</li><li>Support lead generation efforts by leveraging tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce to capture and nurture demand.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Data In Science, and Partner teams to understand and address challenges affecting the marketing-sales pipeline.</li><li>Partner with Events and Demand Generation teams to streamline lead management from events and facilitate landing page creation and related operational tasks.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>9+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.</li><li>Proven expertise in marketing technology platforms, particularly Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, with experience in a demand generation context.</li><li>Hands-on experience with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations and a solid understanding of data governance best practices.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize marketing processes.</li><li>Experience navigating and contributing to high-growth, rapidly changing environments, ideally having witnessed transitions across funding rounds or other expansion phases.</li><li>Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across functions to align marketing objectives with sales and product goals.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul> Our Benefits:<ul><li>🏝️ Flexible time off</li><li>🩺&nbsp;Medical, Dental, and Vision for employees and Family Coverage</li><li>🏠 Remote first culture with in-office flexibility in San Francisco</li><li>💵&nbsp;Home office budget with a new high-powered laptop</li><li>🥇&nbsp;Truly competitive salary and equity</li><li>🚼&nbsp;12 weeks of Parental leave (U.S. specific)</li><li>📈 401(k) (U.S. specific)</li><li>Supplemental benefits may be available depending on your location</li><li>Explore benefits by&nbsp;<a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="https://remote.com/country-explorer">country</a></li></ul> \n<div>$120,000 - $168,000 a year</div><div>This position has an annual estimated salary of $120,000 - 168,000 per year.
