And we are just getting started.&nbsp; Come build a healthier future with us. We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design Systems team to help lead and grow our mobile design system. Join a cross-functional systems team making multi-product impact for over 2 million patients and practitioners.\n What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Design, release and iterate system oriented solutions and guidelines for our internal design system for iOS and Android</li><li>Work as a mobile specialist internal to support key mobile projects and teams looking for guidance on mobile product</li><li>Build a deep understanding and care for our practitioners and patient end users,&nbsp; as well as our internal design and engineering users.</li><li>Provide critique and support to product teams as they work on mobile solutions</li><li>Be an active partner in creating your team’s roadmap and strategic planning</li><li>Champion usability and accessibility needs for our system</li><li>Use the power of Figma to help our design system be seamless and easy to use</li></ul> What you bring to the table: <ul><li>You have experience using and contributing to a living design system, mobile iOS design system experience is preferred</li><li>You enjoy writing clear guidelines and best practices for others to use</li><li>You have a strong history of improving software product experiences</li><li>You believe in the power of reusable components and practices that help shape consistent, easy to use experiences</li><li>You are collaborative — You enjoy jamming with other designers to share knowledge, and give feedback&nbsp;</li><li>You are excited about the ever-changing landscape of design techniques, tools and expectations.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user-centered design</li><li>Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process and outcomes</li><li>Proficiency in robust component design in Figma</li><li>Experience building in design systems or other visual systems in Figma</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once</li><li>Experience leading design projects&nbsp;</li></ul> What we can offer you:<ul><li>Generous PTO and competitive pay&nbsp;</li><li>Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program</li><li>Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Discount on Fullscript catalog of products&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work Wherever You Work Well*</li></ul> \n*Our Wherever You Work Well philosophy means Fullscript teammates get to pick their own office — whether that’s in-office, at home, or a bit of both 🐶🏡 Fullscript is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
