<h2>As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer you'll be responsible for :</h2><ul><li>Develop &amp; Architect solutions: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Laravel and PHP. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Optimize database schemas and queries, develop robust APIs, and implement security measures. Conduct thorough code reviews and write comprehensive tests to ensure code quality and reliability.</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders: Meet with both product managers and business operations teams to develop solutions. Work to improve the internal fulfillment process and help increase efficiency of all agents using the application.</li><li>Mentor and lead developers: Guide and mentor other developers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Provide technical leadership, solve complex problems, and drive innovation within the team.</li><li>Focus on Continual Improvement of the application: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and Laravel. Deploy applications to production environments and troubleshoot issues. Create clear and concise documentation for applications and processes.
