The Team Printify’s product team owns a portfolio of products ranging from merchant and print provider-facing to internal technical support. The Role As a Senior Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and operations to create a cutting-edge platform that empowers buyers to discover, customize, and purchase a diverse selection of POD products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building end-customer products, a deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.\n Your responsibilities<ul><li>Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the consumer-focused POD marketplace, aligned with company goals and market trends.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, user analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the POD products marketplace.</li><li>User-Centric Design: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the shopping, customization, and purchasing experience for buyers.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful delivery.</li><li>Feature Development: Define and prioritize features, functionalities, and enhancements based on customer feedback, data-driven insights, and business goals.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the marketplace and continuously monitor, analyze, and report on product performance.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement and retention strategies through personalized recommendations, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing efforts.</li><li>Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with POD product vendors to optimize product assortment, quality, and fulfillment processes.</li><li>User Testing and Feedback: Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in the e-commerce and POD product space.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience working as a Product Manager with a proven track record of building and launching successful products.</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.</li><li>Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience with discovery and experimentation. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.</li><li>Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying updated with industry trends.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li></ul> What we offer<ul><li>Stock options so you own a part of Printify</li><li>Opportunity to work fully remote within EMEA time zones</li><li>Work from anywhere - our Printify Houses in Riga or Tallinn, your remote home office, or a co-working hub</li><li>Start your workday anywhere between 7 AM and 11 AM.
