Join us as a <strong>Senior Sales Compensation Analyst</strong> and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;">As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Compensation. This highly visible role will work closely with finance and sales leadership to help administer the sales compensation aspects of a global business function and create a real and active partnership with both management and operations. You will provide 'real time' support and analysis to assist with daily operations including employee set up, compensation plan creation, territory assignment review, pay statement calculations, sales inquiry and discrepancy resolution, along with ensuring adherence to budget and company policies.
