You will partner directly with Account Executives to successfully expand the usage of HackerOne among existing Enterprise customers where your technical and domain expertise makes the difference. As the technical expert, you will work with prospects to understand their business problems, technical architecture, current HackerOne programs, and attack surface to design the right solution. You will also work closely with product and engineering to bring the sales perspective to product roadmap discussions. You will become an evangelist for the power of hackers and HackerOne. <h1>What You Will Do</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Partner with the growth sales team to provide technical and domain expertise for specific opportunities, develop account strategies, and uncover additional business opportunities</li><li>Develop and deliver demonstrations of the HackerOne platform tailored to a specific customer’s business and use case</li><li>Own the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with our prospects of various technical levels</li><li>Develop documentation and workflows specific to a customer’s implementation plan</li><li>Lead tailored product workshops and deep dives in key accounts</li><li>Analyze feature requests from customers and prospects and provide feedback to our engineering and product management teams to help orient the product roadmap</li><li>Provide technical perspective on active deals and help accurately forecast deals</li><li>Support marketing by evangelizing HackerOne and hackers in general at trade shows, conferences, and webinars</li><li>Stay on top of industry news and developments to provide and maintain a deep industry and domain expertise</li></ul><h1>Minimum Qualifications  </h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>5+ years of pre-sales experience with at least 3 years working with Enterprise, Strategic, Named, or Majors customers.</li><li>2+ years of application security experience, understand security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top Ten).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills. This role requires you to understand and articulate our platform's business value and technical advantages. </li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes nebulous, fast-paced startup environment and experience at a successful startup</li><li>Passionate about technical sales and working with prospective buyers and customers to understand their business and challenges</li><li>A highly self-motivated and creative problem solver</li><li>A continuous learner</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and training</li><li>Must be based remotely in Pacific, Mountain or Central timezone in US or Canada.
