While you will focus on the backend systems, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence direction across all levels of our stack as a high-growth company.</div> Responsibilities<ul><li>Code and ship complex backend features and API endpoints at a high velocity, while maintaining high quality, well-structured code</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments</li><li>DevOps: You should be comfortable with basic cloud deployments</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>4+ years of experience building backend systems in production</li><li>Highly experienced in NodeJS</li><li>Highly experienced in TypeScript</li><li>Highly experienced in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Autopilot</li><li>Experienced with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) (pulumi or terraform preferred)</li><li>Highly experienced in SQL database</li><li>Highly knowledgeable and attentive to detail, carefully crafting both tests and code</li><li>A champion for quality in code, processes, and culture with a growth mindset&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work independently to self-manage priorities</li><li>4 year college degree in computer science or related field or industry experience</li><li>Experience working in startups </li></ul> Nice to Haves<ul><li>Experience with GraphQL</li><li>Experience in Healthcare</li><li>Experience with deploying ML systems in production</li></ul> \nFor this role the compensation for candidates is $150,000 - $185,000 with 1%-1.5% equity
