As our Sr. Solutions Enablement Trainer your focus will be on training and educating our catering partner network on best practices for success and how to utilize our catering management technology to its fullest potential.&nbsp;
Our catering partners span from some of the largest, national restaurant brands to single location, family-run corner eateries; we’ve tailored our training solutions to cater to our partners, giving every location equal chances for success on our marketplace. You will serve as a trusted advisor and technology subject matter expert to our caterers, guiding them through how to use our technology and educating them on best practices for maximizing their reliability on our marketplace.&nbsp;
You’ll be a subject matter expert reporting to the Sr. Manager Solutions Enablement. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li class="li1">Work alongside our Enterprise Sales and Onboarding teams to educate and train all new locations on how to be successful on our platform.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Lead daily training sessions &amp; reliability webinars for our network of catering partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Act as the subject matter expert for our catering partner technology (ezManage)and understand all the in’s and out’s and nuances of the ezCater order lifecycle.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Assist the sales team in the presale stages educating prospective catering partners on how our technology can fit into their current operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Create and maintain our educational content within our help center and video library.</li>
</ul>
What You Have:
<ul>
<li class="li1">5+ years of experience in a technology training, enablement, or similarly focused role. Passionate and skilled at leading customer training sessions and webinars.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Strong written and presentation skills and ability to create compelling visual content. &nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Ability to be self-directed and streamline existing training webinars and resources.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="li1">Experience maintaining an LMS or learning management system.</li>
<li class="li1">Previous restaurant or restaurant technology experience is a plus for this position.</li>
</ul>
The national cash compensation range for this role is $80,000-$112,000
*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region &amp; may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
