We are currently expanding or Treasury team and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based in United States. Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Consolidation, analysis and reconciliation of free cash flow by country.</li> <li>Strategy analysis and coordination with regional treasury.</li> <li>Consolidation, coordination and analysis of funding requirements process.</li> <li>Reconciliation of daily cash positions against actual results and manage the resolution of any discrepancies.</li> <li>Analysis of cash positions of all cash pools to determine funding needs and initiate cross funding.</li> <li>Management of cash through the co-ordination of information related to receipts, disbursements and bank position reporting.</li> <li>Strive to maintain minimal cash float balances; Ensure proper reporting &amp; management of standalone cash balances.</li> <li>Foreign Exchange daily wire processing, spot trades and swaps.</li> <li>Support cash forecasting processes and perform variance analysis.</li> <li>Continuously improve forecasting compliance &amp; accuracy.</li> <li>Produce monthly Global Cash Review.</li> <li>Perform monthly financial reporting and analysis related to global cash and bank indebtedness.</li> <li>Review daily cash reporting in Power BI for accuracy of reported balances, investments and borrowings.</li> <li>Review and understand reported changes in balances, investments and borrowings.</li> <li>Assist in Treasury related projects as assigned; Explore new technology and reporting tools for Treasury.</li> <li>Proactively participate in Treasury projects and work towards accomplishing departmental and company strategic objectives.</li> <li>Review, approve and release payments. Manage the team to ensure all required payments are setup and processed in an accurate and timely manner.</li> <li>Oversee cash management including monitoring daily cash positions, cash flows, sweep positions and liquidity needs</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.</li> <li>5+ years experience in a treasury role.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge and experience with Treasury Management Systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Certified treasury Professional (CTP) would be an asset</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Excel, modeling techniques, and financial analysis.</li> <li>VBA or other programming skills preferred</li> <li>Liquidity and funding and FX experience in a Treasury setting</li> <li>Experience with automated reporting tools (Tableau)</li> <li>Strong analytics, judgement, and good general business knowledge.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, able to partner across all functions and levels within the company</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Healthcare Benefit Package</li> <li>Career Growth</li> </ul>
