Your role will involve direct participation in strategic research efforts, as well as mentoring three other researchers focused on the same product area.<br>

&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p><strong>Lead Comprehensive Product Insights:</strong>&nbsp;Identify product insights needs, plan, define, conduct research activities, and report findings to product teams and stakeholders in the form of actionable insights.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mentoring and Team Development:&nbsp;</strong>Provide guidance and support to other researchers, fostering their professional growth and research skills development, while ensuring alignment with strategic product and UX goals.</p></li><li><p><strong>Market and Customer Analysis:</strong>&nbsp;Conduct diverse types of research to understand market trends and user behaviors, strategically guiding both product and UX decisions.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Design and Lead the Execution of Experiments:</strong>&nbsp;Develop, execute, and analyze multivariate experiments and quantitative studies to inform and support product decision-making.</p></li><li><p><strong>Be a First Class Researcher:</strong>&nbsp;Employ a wide range of research methods and techniques, to gather insights directly from existing or potential customers.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaborate with Data Analysts:</strong>&nbsp;Partner with product data analysts to combine advanced data analysis and research insights, enhancing the overall research impact on product development and strategy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Influence and Integrate:</strong>&nbsp;Work closely with the product team to incorporate customer data and research findings into all stages of the product life cycle, influencing design, product marketing and go-to-market strategies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Proactively Identify new Opportunities and Challenges</strong>: Stay ahead of market and legislative changes, conducting proactive research to identify potential future challenges and proposing innovative solutions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Refine Research processes:</strong>&nbsp;Continuously seek and implement improvements in research processes and methodologies to ensure the highest quality and relevance of insights.</p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>You are a great fit is you have:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluency in English, Portugeese&nbsp;will be a big plus</p></li><li><p>5-7 years of experience in product research, including early-stage digital product development and feature enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in qualitative research methodologies and their application at various development stages.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with web analytics and quantitative research tools.
