The Senior Web Producer Role

As a Senior Web Producer, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering web experience for Qlik.com across desktop and mobile platforms. Partnering with the Product Marketing and Global Programs teams, you will oversee projects from inception through execution, ensuring they align with the company's digital strategies, brand guidelines, and best practices. Your role will be central in coordinating efforts across multiple teams, including stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams, while driving quality and innovation in digital content.

Manage the entire lifecycle of digital experiences, from planning to execution, in partnership with Product Marketing and Global Campaign teams.
Oversee all aspects of digital production across web and mobile applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Serve as a liaison between the web team and various stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and scope, while building and maintaining strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with business goals and digital strategies.
Create detailed acceptance criteria and functional specifications for new website features and enhancements within the current CMS module.
Lead the production and maintenance of web pages within our CMS, ensuring content aligns with company-wide digital strategies and best web practices.
Analyze data-driven insights to support the overall digital marketing strategy, improving UX and lead conversion.
Balance project priorities and goals across stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach to web production and strategy.
Serve as a CMS expert, with a deep understanding of platform functionality, particularly in Contentful.
Work closely with the Web Strategy team to optimize organic search rankings, implementing SEO best practices.
Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, writers, designers, web producers, developers, and QA leads, to create and maintain top-tier digital experiences.
Collaborate with extended teams, including developers, SEO specialists, and data analysts, on technical aspects such as user experience optimization, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, and analytics to deliver measurable, high-impact digital experiences.
Provide guidance and support to web producers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of high-quality web production.
Responsible for hands-on production work in Contentful, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the site.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, maximizing efficiencies in the creation of digital experiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the future of web design, and bring innovative solutions to the team. Update module templates to enhance production efficiency.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Develop and implement strategies for large-scale web projects and digital experiences, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives.
Lead efforts to globalize and mobilize the company's web presence, ensuring scalability and adaptability across different markets.
Collaborate closely with design, development, and engineering teams to foster a unified and efficient workflow.
Oversee digital experience workstreams, including website design, multimedia production, and interactive features, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Evaluate and integrate the latest web technologies and digital trends to continually enhance user experience and engagement.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

7-10 years of solid experience in web production
Proficient in project management tools like ServiceNow and JIRA, as well as CMS platforms like Contentful.
Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of how they integrate with CMS platforms and impact digital experiences.
Expertise in content structure strategy with a user-centric approach to site navigation and content organization.
Experience leading globalization workstreams, ensuring adaptability across different markets and languages.
Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing frameworks (e.g., VWO), and SEO strategies, with the ability to pull traffic reports from Google Analytics or Looker dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a strong appreciation for design, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), ensuring digital experiences are inclusive and accessible to all users.
General knowledge of data protection laws, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), with a focus on maintaining user privacy and data security across digital platforms.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,360.00 USD MIN –$157,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
