Our leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, and hails from BCG, Bain, Wharton, and Stanford.As an SEO Lead, you will:<ul> <li>Coordinate SEO efforts and website optimization for repair shops in North America</li> <li>Perform keyword research to guide on-page and off-page optimization.</li> <li>Implement and manage organic strategies for businesses including technical SEO, content creation and link-building campaigns.</li> <li>Devise paid campaigns through keyword targeting, bidding, audience customization, ad copywriting to contribute to better results.</li> <li>Review issues on websites and recommend fixes,&nbsp;</li> <li>Use analytical tools to monitor, analyze and improve search performance.</li> <li>Develop optimization strategies that increase search engine results rankings for various websites.&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends</li> <li>And so much more!&nbsp;</li> </ul>To be successful in this role, you will need:<ul> <li>2+ years of professional experience in SEO</li> <li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website optimization techniques</li> <li>Analytical mindset and experience with SEO reporting</li> <li>Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMRush, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)</li> <li>A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on the company’s success</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li> </ul>If this sounds like something you’ll be great at, apply away!
