The Manager/Lead ISR is responsible for motivating, training and controlling the team, guarding SLA's and quality. The Manager/Lead ISR is responsible for a targeted territory’s service revenue, selling service contract renewals within a defined range, upselling services, and selling professional services and training.&nbsp;Position Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and motivate the team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; responsible for the team's quote quality, managing incoming requests/escalations within SLA's and on time proactive quoting.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attain monthly/quarterly/annual quota on assigned region/territory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide weekly forecasting/commit input to regional service sales team; maintain SalesForce hygiene·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Team with Partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into existing customer base - create incremental pipeline and revenue·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create pro-active and re-active quotes for customers and partners as well as facilitate any special pricing requests and ensure Serial numbers and RMA's are accurately selected·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage service contracts/renewals for customers in assigned range/region/territory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage service sales campaigns and promotions for assigned range/region/territory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Chase service renewal opportunities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regular pipeline and opportunity reporting both internally and externally·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Spot product upsell opportunities and work with the product account team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with internal teams to guard data integrity and manage service orders·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and provide targeted presentations for internal and external audience (i.e. customer meetings)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attend and provide input for quarterly business reviews with the region/territory management·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and execute service sales strategies for the assigned region/territory to increase service revenue&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong telephone communications skills comfortable calling on clients at the CXO level and beyond·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Should have a desire to pursue a career in Service Sales utilizing Consultative Sales techniques·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; College Degree preferred·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Service Sales experience required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interest and knowledge of software/hardware technologies preferred·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with <a href="http://SalesForce.com">SalesForce.com</a> is required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong Microsoft Excel skills required·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong verbal and written skills in English.
