Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scopes. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and regular updates about project progress, challenges, and solutions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Work closely with development teams and act as a liaison between developers and clients&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Be a key advocate for clients and the agency team.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maintain detailed project records, timelines, and communication logs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;7+ years in project management, preferably in Shopify-focused roles.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Proven expertise in Shopify, including store setup, app integrations, and performance optimization.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, and Jira.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Understanding of development workflows and collaboration with technical teams.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Experience managing company-wide project portfolios.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Skilled at working closely with developers, ensuring clarity of project requirements and deliverables.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;English level C1 or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benefits:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style=&quot;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;&quot;&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, EST&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;The salary starts at 5K USD&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;100 % Remote work environment&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;PTO&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
