We’ll be in touch if it's a good fit!Who We Are Looking For:A kick-ass, independent Content Creator who is well-versed in creating content in the software engineering and development space to produce video testimonial content and create brand awareness for the client. You are skilled in storytelling, direct-to-camera and sketch-based content.&nbsp;This is a temporary consulting position. This is not a full-time, permanent role on NoGood’s team.This will be a monthly rolling contract period.Ideal Creator:You are comfortable being on camera. You are an impeccable storyteller. You lead authentically and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You have a vibrant personality and rally people around you. You are self-motivated. You are inspired. You have big ideas.You Will Get To:<ul> <li>Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content</li> <li>Test various content creation formats from skits to greenscreen and dynamic editing</li> <li>Create 4 videos per month for one of our clients (amount to fluctuate)</li> </ul>You Have:<ul> <li>A TikTok personality!&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel</li> <li>Impeccable storytelling skills — you know how to capture attention and maintain it</li> <li>Creative, out-of-the-box thinking</li> <li>An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere</li> <li>Interest in tech and AI</li> <li>An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way</li> <li>An ability to create engaging content (images and video) that aligns with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment</li> <li>A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices</li> <li>Great organizational and project management skills</li> </ul>Compensation:&nbsp;$35-$45 per hour
