Digital Waffle is partnered with a SaaS company on the lookout for a Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React, dedicated to evolving legacy systems into state-of-the-art solutions. This position caters to an individual skilled in independent projects and poised to lead a team toward technological advancements!RequirementsKey Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Node.js and React.</li> <li>Revamp and elevate our existing codebase, ensuring our systems remain agile and adaptable for the future.</li> <li>Work in sync with external teams while shaping the internal team dynamics for seamless integration.</li> <li>Spearhead the formation of a dedicated team, steering the technological direction and development</li> </ul>Skillset:<ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.</li> <li>Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).</li> <li>Knowledge of Vue.js and GoLang is a plus but not required.</li> <li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs</li> <li>Experience with version control systems such as Git</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Salary up to �42,500 D.O.E</li> <li>Fully remote UK-wide</li> <li>Flexible work hours</li> <li>Company pension</li> </ul> If you are interested and wish to learn more please apply or get in touch for more details.All applicants CV's will be reviewed, and those deemed suitable will be contacted
