About the RoleThe Identity Platform team is chartered to build state-of-the-art, modern identity solutions for Clari’s suite of products. We are looking for a Software Java Engineer II with a passion for building great products who wants to be a part of a team responsible for implementation of the services, frameworks, and features that will improve the IAM experiences of users using Clari. We’re a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together with a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, designers, product managers and quality engineers to make Clari a better product. We’re looking for engineers that have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind. This is a work-from-home or hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in the area of Krakow, Poland. \n Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain&nbsp; services, APIs, and systems across Clari Engineering teams</li><li>Shape future-proof interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of client-facing teams</li><li>Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Frontend Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to conceptualize and build new features for our growing user base</li><li>Produce high-quality results by leading or contributing heavily to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business</li><li>Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack, and uplevel the observability and reliability of the overall system</li><li>Mentor engineers earlier in their technical careers to help them grow</li><li>Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Have a strong technical background, including 4+ years of experience building impactful large-scale products or systems using Java language</li><li>Experience with relational and non-relational databases</li><li>Experience designing and building distributed systems</li><li>Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores and data modeling</li><li>Cross-team communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers</li><li>Nice to have experience building identity, authentication, and access management products</li></ul> Perks and Benefits @ Clari<ul><li>Team-bonding activities and company-wide events</li><li>Flexible working hours&nbsp;</li><li>Annual Well-being and Professional Development Stipends</li><li>Private Healthcare and Multisport Pass</li><li>Paid maternity and paternity leave</li><li>Stock options</li></ul> \n#BI-Remote #LI-Remote
