In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building the hospitality and operations teams by supporting the Recruiting process and Talent Acquisition Manager. Your proactive approach, autonomy, and innovative ideas will contribute to the success of our company’s growth and talent acquisition efforts.Your Day-to-Day: <ul> <li>Provide sourcing and recruitment support across the Museum Operations hiring portfolio, which includes hourly and salaried roles across the US site locations.</li> <li>Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and align intake to a sourcing plan with the TA Manager.&nbsp;</li> <li>Actively source for hospitality and operations talent for both opening and existing sites, across the Operations verticals of facilities, food and beverage, guest experience and management functions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, including referrals, programmatic advertising, social media and boolean searches.&nbsp;</li> <li>Promote our employer brand online and offline by actively contributing ideas and demonstrating proactivity.</li> <li>Crafting, sending and responding to recruitment emails, which includes engaging with potential candidates on social and professional networks.</li> <li>Work as an essential member of the hiring team, responsible for conducting initial screenings and verifying candidate qualifications for job openings before recommending them for further stages.</li> <li>Manage candidate assessments and handle candidate correspondence for the initial stages of the recruitment process.</li> <li>Collaborate with our coordinator to ensure smooth communication among hiring managers, including calibrations, intakes, and interview reminders, from the initial stages to the middle stages of the hiring process.</li> <li>Own and update site hiring documents, ensuring accuracy throughout the candidate and/or recruitment lifecycle.</li> <ul><li>This includes audition trackers, values based interview questions, and new hire forms. Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs</li></ul> <li>Develop and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment files in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li> <li>Provide regular updates to the TA Manager with Talent Acquisition data &amp; analytics.</li> <li>Offer general administrative support, such as preparing meeting materials and interview notes.</li> <li>Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired </li> </ul>The hourly rate for this role is $38-45 depending on experience with an expectation of 30-40 hours of work per week. This is a 12 month contract with an opportunity for an extension or renewal. RequirementsThe Necessities and Nice-to-Haves:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing within the hospitality operations industry, specifically with physical in-person units.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in utilizing sourcing techniques and alternative methods for candidate search.</li> <li>Solid understanding of various recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms specific to the hospitality industry.</li> <li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable).</li> <li>High organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li> <li>Strong multitasking and time management abilities.</li> <li>Familiarity with hospitality recruitment processes and terminology.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.</li> <li>Proven ability to work autonomously and contribute innovative ideas.</li> </ul>BenefitsThe Good Stuff: <ul> <li>Unlimited ice cream&nbsp;</li> <li>Competitive Pay</li> <li>16 free museum tickets per year for friends and family, with free entry for self&nbsp;</li> <li>50% off retail products </li> </ul>
