Future Family accelerates this growth as a TAM-expander to make fertility care affordable. The company has built the first platform to drive access to care, integrated into top clinics across the company, secured a $100M lending facility to fund its monthly membership plans, and proven out its model for financial access and care.The company was founded by a seasoned fintech team with first-hand IVF experience. The team is leveraging their experience building major fintech and consumer companies (SolarCity, Google, Greensky, Amazon, Mosaic, SoFi, LendUp, Mission Lane) to solve this problem. Sr Accountant, Operational Role:We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, someone who can work on several projects simultaneously. The a Sr accountant will primarily be responsible for billing, payment processing and accounts receivable management. In addition to that, you will play an integral part in the month end close - ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording journal entries and reconciling balance sheet and income statements on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the US GAAP standards Cash vs Accrual accounting.The Responsibilities:·       Experience in financial accounting, generating monthly and year end reporting·       Record journal entries on a daily basis in Quickbooks accounting system·       Responsible for recording and paying invoices related to AP·       Responsible for invoicing clients and staying on top of AR collections·       Prepare balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations·       Investigate and resolve any errors or irregularities found during the month end close process·       Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.The Qualifications (Sr. Accountant):<ul>
<li>2-3 years public accounting experience</li>
<li>CPA, or CPA candidate preferred, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP</li>
<li>A clear understanding of accrual and cash basis of accounting.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information</li>
<li>Advanced analytical skills (MS Excel)</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and faces challenges head-on</li>
<li>Experience using QuickBooks Online or similar system</li>
