Our content and subscription Brand: The BodCon. We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented Sr Creative Operations Manager to ensure the development and execution of high-quality creative assets for direct response campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Acquisition, Brand and Retention teams to drive brand aesthetics, optimize campaign performance, and ensure Class A creative delivery. By fostering creativity, maintaining brand consistency, and leveraging industry trends, you will play a key role in achieving our targets and maximizing ROI.
 Expected outcomes &amp; responsibilities 
<ul><ul><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with the Process, PMO, and Audit Director to develop and execute creative strategies aligned with acquisition goals.</li><li dir="ltr">Lead and manage creative strategists and teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.</li><li dir="ltr">Monitor and analyze data to provide real-time insights for campaign optimization.</li><li dir="ltr">Oversee the production and post-production processes, ensuring timely delivery.</li><li dir="ltr">Develop and manage budgets for content creation and production.</li><li dir="ltr">Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.</li><li dir="ltr">Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities.</li><li dir="ltr">Create, cascade, and translate insights from data into actionable recommendations.</li></ul></ul>
Requirements 
 
<ul><li>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.</li><li>MBA and Project Management skills are highly considered.</li></ul></li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing and managing creative campaigns within the advertising industry.</li><li>Proven track record in leading teams and delivering high-quality creative outcomes.</li></ul></li><li>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Passion for building innovative concepts, creatives, and campaigns.</li><li>Strong dedication to detail and storytelling with an understanding of psychology and advertising principles.</li><li>Curiosity and engagement in evolving technologies, trends, and platforms.</li><li>Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing skills across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset focused on data-driven insights and optimization strategies.</li><li>High sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience in leading teams and performing well under pressure.</li><li>Track record of achieving measurable results and delivering impactful and profitable strategies.</li></ul></li></ul>
