About the Role&nbsp;In this role, you will be joining the Implementation team within the Customer Sales and Success organization. This is a high impact and high visibility role, where you will represent the company as you work with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. You will play a key role in building customer and partner relationships and setting customers up for success in gaining long term value from our platform.&nbsp;\n What You'll Do <ul><li>Design a solution in collaboration with the customer, develop project plans, and execute on the project through a phased approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee high complexity implementations with our largest Enterprise and Strategic customers, leveraging and deploying multiple team members in order to deliver upon the customer’s requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage in presales conversations with prospects to conduct discovery, provide expertise on the Highspot platform, and develop SOWs.</li><li>Communicate regularly with executive leadership on project statuses and risk escalation.</li><li>Ensure that the customer’s launch goals are met and that Highpot’s core use cases are configured.&nbsp;</li><li>Gain deep knowledge, understanding, and experience with the Highspot product and how it is integrated with other systems in a customer environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Train users to take full advantage of the product.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with partner teams that help drive the customer experience including other GTM functions, Product &amp; Engineering, and Support.</li></ul> Your Background <ul><li>&nbsp;7+ years of relevant experience (consulting, client management, professional services, or sales engineering experience) partnering with Enterprise clients.</li><li>Bachelor's degree required. (Degree&nbsp; in a STEM field preferred)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people. Able to sustain a dynamic discussion with an executive or help an impatient user who is learning about Highspot for the first time.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and mentor members of the project team that report up to them throughout the course of an implementation</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to construct a thoughtful and effective strategy for addressing customer risk and communicating that strategy to internal and external leaders.</li><li>Experience being the bridge between different teams within the customer organization, who often have conflicting perspectives. A working knowledge of operating within the marketing and/or sales team at a large organization is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with driving software solutions involving many stakeholders and delivering results on time with high quality.</li></ul> This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locations:<ul><li>Alberta, Canada - Remote</li><li>British Columbia - Remote</li><li>Ontario - Remote</li></ul> \nBase salary range: $116,000 - $170,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation. The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
