We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Fraud Analyst, Trust &amp; Safety to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.</p><p>You will be responsible for supporting the Trust and Safety function from a data &amp; analytics perspective, from developing reporting and monitoring through to collaborating on implementing prevention strategies that keep our community safe.</p><p>To be right for this role, you should have experience in an analytics role in fraud or trust &amp; safety function, a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.</p><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul> <li> <strong>Monitoring and Analysis</strong> </li> <ul> <li>Continuously monitor user activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour.</li> <li>Analyse data to identify trends and patterns indicative of bad actors.</li> <li>Utilise machine learning models and analytical tools to detect suspicious activities.</li> </ul> <li> <strong>Investigation, Prevention and Strategy</strong> </li> <ul> <li>Develop and implement strategies to prevent bad actor activities and mitigate risk.</li> <li>Maintain Feeld’s pattern detection library and ensure that rules are effectively implemented and measured.</li> <li>Own the Trust &amp; Safety experimentation programme.</li> <li>Collaborate with CS on the reduction and management of false positive identification.</li> <li>Collaborate with CS to address and resolve user-reported issues.</li> </ul> <li> <strong>Reporting and Documentation</strong> </li> <ul> <li>Define and own key metrics that appropriately measure interventions from the Trust and Safety team.</li> <li>Document and maintain records of all Trust &amp; Safety-related activities and investigations.</li> <li>Provide regular updates to the Trust and Safety team and wider management.</li> </ul> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>About you:</h3><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul> <li>Experience in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation, in a digital or app-based environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical tools (SQL, Python)</li> <li>Familiarity with automated solutions as part of the Trust and Safety stack (fraud prevention platforms, ML &amp; AI solutions) and their application in fraud detection.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> </ul><h3>Bonus points:</h3><ul><li>Experience working in the dating app industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>About us:</h3><p>Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. That's why we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year.</li> </ul><p>Estimated compensation for this role:</p><ul><li>The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between £90,000-£115,000 GBP based on the requirements listed in this job description.</li></ul><h3>Our interview process:</h3><ul> <li>Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.</li> <li>Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.</li> <li>The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge.
