This position focuses on building digital marketing strategies for B2B &amp;amp; B2C clients, the selected candidate will deepen relationships with clients, focus on client retention, and work very closely with other specialists on the Digital Marketing Team.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will do:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Grow and maintain assigned key client accounts and provide ongoing client support&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Establish &amp;amp; uphold marketing strategies across a variety of channels including but not limited to email, social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create automated lead nurturing campaigns&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop, present, and execute marketing plans and brand strategies&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Creating and distributing content across a variety of channels for clients as well as managing content development by additional team members&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Understand and keep up to date on the latest marketing trends&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead internal and client-facing team meetings&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitoring performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing and presenting reports&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A minimum of three years experience as a marketing coordinator or similar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent English communication skills (client facing)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience managing project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or related)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Extensive marketing experience through tactics like email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with Email Marketing Software (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or related)&lt;br&gt;In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Successful candidates will have a proven track record that includes:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational and time-management skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Great problem-solving and analytical abilities&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Outstanding client communication/customer service skills&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Details and benefits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100% remote&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Salary: $2,800 - $3,100&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
