About the Role&nbsp;The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the effective execution of payroll operations in the United States. The Senior Payroll Analyst supports effective and accurate payroll data collection, calculations and disbursements as well as payroll related inquiries across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced global environments with a strong collaborative style and bias to employee experience.\n What You'll Do <ul><li>Apply knowledge and skills required to support payroll activities such as the collection, review, and analysis of full-cycle payroll-related data sources for use in payroll generation for all levels of the organization and across all locations via Workday platform.</li><li>Support equity processing for stock activity in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Assist with testing new payroll earnings, deductions, accruals, and other new programs in the test environment.</li><li>Continuous evaluation, improvement, and maintenance of existing work processes to ensure the most effective use of resources and drive operational excellence.</li><li>Support all payroll inquiries, navigate complex situations by recognizing problematic areas, and take ownership of communications through timely resolution.</li><li>Build and nurture strong working relationships with all levels across the organization, 3rd party providers, and others to resolve issues and drive process improvements.</li><li>Follow proper governance of payroll data, time and attendance, record keeping, and internal controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists internal and external auditors during the audit process by providing documents, and other payroll-related reports upon request.</li><li>Assist payroll accounting with balancing and reconciliation requests.</li><li>Provide payroll reports, metrics, and assigned management reports.</li><li>Research payroll inquiries, garnishments and ensure it is being done in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with global payroll and related tasks as needed</li></ul> Your Background <ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience processing payroll in the US</li><li>Experience with Workday system to process semi-monthly, bi-weekly and off cycle payrolls</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel</li><li>Understanding of payroll rules, regulations, policies, and practices governing wage payments, distributions, and record keeping across multiple jurisdictions e.g. COBRA, FMLA, DOL/FLSA etc.</li><li>Detail oriented, deadline driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently, and coordinate multiple large projects through planning, prioritizing, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills required</li><li>Continuous improvement and process mindset</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and influencing skills.</li><li>Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul> This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locations:<ul><li>Arizona - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Arkansas - Remote</li><li>California - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Connecticut - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Florida - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Georgia - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Idaho - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Illinois - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Maryland - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Massachusetts - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Michigan - Remote</li><li>Minnesota - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Missouri - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Montana - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Nevada - Remote</li><li>New Hampshire - Remote</li><li>New Jersey - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>New York - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>North Carolina - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Ohio - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Oregon - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Pennsylvania - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Tennessee - Remote</li><li>Texas - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Utah - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Virginia - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Washington - Remote&nbsp;</li><li>Washington - Seattle</li><li>Washington, D.C. - Remote</li><li>Wisconsin - Remote</li><li>#BI-Remote </li></ul> \nBase salary range: $82,000 - $122,000Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
