You will contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing tax processes through the implementation and utilization of cutting-edge technologies.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li> Assist in Tax Technology Implementation: Collaborate with the tax team to implement tax technology solutions such as tax software, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.</li> <li> Tax Compliance and Regulatory Research: Stay updated on tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements relevant to our software solutions. Assist in conducting research to ensure our products remain compliant with changing tax laws and regulations.</li> <li> Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our tax technology solutions. Assist in conducting tests, identifying bugs, and implementing fixes to optimize software functionality.</li> <li> Client Support and Training: Provide tax technical support to clients using our tax technology products. Assist in resolving issues, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting software-related problems related to tax. Contribute to the development of user guides, manuals, and training materials for clients.</li> <li> Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as finance, IT, and legal to ensure alignment of tax technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
