Reporting to our VP of People and Culture, the Team Lead – Learning &amp; Development will be the architect of a dynamic internal learning academy that fuels the growth of our 300+ practice and tech professionals. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a L&amp;D strategy that aligns with our business goals and talent needs. This includes crafting engaging learning programs that enhance systems knowledge, streamline processes, and cultivate essential soft skills. We're looking for someone who is a strategist, an engaging facilitator, and a data-driven decision-maker.
