We are boldly going where no insurance broker has gone before! We are looking for a Team Lead to join our New Business Team focusing on contractors' risks. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your people leadership ability and sales skills to further Zensurance’s growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; Reporting the Associate Director of New Business , you will be required to mentor and coach a team of New Business Brokers in addition to working with prospects and underwriters to bind the new business. Sales skills and coaching ability are at the core of this position, seeking every opportunity to nurture your team members to deliver results. This is a 50% contributor role and 50% coaching role.
