You'll apply your broad range of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges, requiring innovative solutions and a deep understanding of technical concepts. You'll independently plan and execute project development, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within the team.<h2>Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Has 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a tech lead or similar role.</li><li>Proven track record of leading technical projects from inception to completion.</li><li>Mastery of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools relevant to the role.</li><li>Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.</li><li>Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li><li>Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with engineers on a daily basis, contributing to coding efforts.</li><li>Code Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and adherence to best practices.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot architecting, designing, and building high-quality, scalable software solutions.</li><li>Best Practices Advocacy: Champion best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding
