The Role Veeva, as an industry leader in providing advanced cloud software solutions for the Life Sciences industry, delivers training and certification programs to grow and validate the knowledge of those who use, implement, and manage Veeva technology and data solutions.&nbsp;Each year, thousands of Veeva customers, partners, and employees around the world seek to gain job-ready skills, build confidence, and advance their careers.&nbsp; As a technical instructor, you train and educate them through a comprehensive curriculum and a wide range of training programs to elevate their skill set and succeed at their roles, ranging from highly technical platform architects, developers, and administrators to application-specific business analysts and super users.&nbsp;You will deliver and manage these programs and serve as both a product expert and an evangelist, enabling learners to leverage Veeva products to their full potential.\n What You'll Do<ul><li>Deliver engaging learning experiences with appropriate classroom management and audience-engagement methods in a primarily virtual environment with the potential to travel on-site</li><li>Proactively maintain, develop, and strengthen your training delivery expertise and technical product knowledge</li><li>As an ambassador for training services, you will collaborate and build relationships with Veeva subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and the technical curriculum development team to further develop, refine, and maintain the training program</li><li>Participate and lead initiatives that support Veeva’s business goals and strive to improve learner experience overall</li><li>Demonstrate a strong self-accountable attitude and initiative in identifying and highlighting enhancements in training delivery approach and content</li><li>Work with leadership to champion continuing development by incorporating ongoing learning opportunities and delivery strategies</li><li>Provide ongoing support to trainees through Q&amp;A, office hours, and troubleshooting challenges they encounter</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>3+ years experience in coaching and delivering technical enterprise software training to customers</li><li>Possess effective presentation skills in a variety of formal settings</li><li>Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles and training evaluation</li><li>Excellent verbal, reading, and writing ability in English</li><li>An eye for quality and committed focus on customer success, employee success, speed, and doing the right thing</li><li>Travel to deliver on-site training upon request (up to 20%); international travel is possibly required</li></ul> Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with relational databases</li><li>Life sciences experience, or experience with products and/or processes related to Life Sciences</li><li>Experience in implementing technical cloud-based solutions</li></ul> Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>Base pay: $70,000 - $120,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
