Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at [HBI], you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop strategies for identifying and evaluating candidates. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer technical assessments or tests as needed. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process, providing guidance and feedback to both parties. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' technical and soft skills, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers. Make recommendations based on your assessments. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitive hiring strategies. Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador for the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and terminology. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills
