This is a full-time role.adQuadrant is seeking a passionate TikTok Creative Producer to craft engaging, on-brand content for clients in various industries, including D2C and e-commerce. As the TikTok Creative Producer, you will oversee content production from ideation to execution, ensuring that campaigns resonate with audiences and drive measurable results.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul> <li>Create and curate TikTok content for clients, leveraging platform trends to enhance engagement and visibility.</li> <li>Serve as the TikTok producer, developing social commerce and organic content that resonates and goes viral.</li> <li>Collaborate with the creative team to ideate TikTok-first concepts and content strategies that drive results.</li> <li>Craft organic content showcasing product features in creative, compelling ways to increase sales.</li> <li>Understand each client’s brand identity and objectives to ensure alignment with creative vision and strategy.</li> <li>Source and manage external talent for content production, ensuring high-quality execution of creative concepts.</li> <li>Utilize AI technology and data analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform creative decisions.</li> <li>Develop detailed creative briefs outlining campaign goals, messaging, target audience, and aesthetic direction.</li> <li>Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery.</li> <li>Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.</li> </ul>RequirementsQualifications:<ul> <li>Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role within a creative agency or digital marketing environment, with a focus on direct-to-consumer brands.</li> <li>Proven track record of producing TikTok ads and content that connects authentically with audiences.</li> <li>Experience in sourcing and managing external talent, overseeing production, and managing logistics.</li> <li>Expertise in TikTok trends, content creation, and social media challenges.</li> <li>Solid project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.</li> <li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual expression, able to translate brand identity into compelling visual content.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients. </li> </ul>Proficiency in the following programs/tools:<ul><li>Photoshop*</li></ul><ul> <li>InDesign*</li> <li>Illustrator*</li> <li>Premiere Pro</li> <li>Adobe XD</li> <li>Sketch</li> <li>After Effects</li> <li>Figma</li> <li>Invision</li> <li>Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)</li> <li>Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Basic HTML and CSS knowledge</li> <li>Appreciation of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest)</li> <li>Mac platform pro</li> </ul>Please send a resume and digital portfolio featuring examples of graphic or interactive design work to be considered for this position.BenefitsCulture &amp; Benefits:Our people come first.
