<a href="http://tpapt.mykajabi.com/survey" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">TPAPT,</a> a national consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring &amp; College Advising Programs, is seeking an experienced K-5 Math and English Generalist to join the team. As a Tutor you will help students with homework, study skills, and test preparation. You will work closely with students to understand their unique learning styles and create customized lesson plans that support their individual academic goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, exhibits strong communication skills, and is committed to helping students succeed.Location: Remote, US PSTCompensation: $30-$40/hrClassification: Contract (1099)Tutoring Type: In-home, 60 minute lessons<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Provide remote tutoring sessions.</li> <li>Design and execute customized lesson plans for individual students.</li> <li>Administer practice exams and evaluate student progress.</li> <li>Collaborate with students' families to keep them apprised of student progress.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of session details, scores, and student progress.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li> <li>Demonstrable teaching ability relating to the academic subject(s) and grade levels listed in the job post</li> <li>Experience in tutoring, teaching, or test preparation.</li> <li>Past experience teaching or tutoring in a paid capacity</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to develop customized lesson plans for individual students.</li> <li>Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends as required.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and remotely, as needed.</li> <li>Self-motivated and committed to helping students succeed.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Flexible schedule</li> <li>Materials</li> <li>No Marketing</li> </ul>
