<h3><strong>What is the necessary skill set?</strong></h3><ul> <li>experience with UI and UX</li> <li>experience with Figma (web and mobile interfaces)</li> <li>understanding of guidelines and their functionality</li> <li>English — Upper-Intermediate</li> </ul><h3>Internship conditions:</h3><ul> <li>The full-time internship takes 3 months with 2000 UAH per month payment (It’s studying guided by our mentor due to the program we composed)</li> <li>After the internship begins the 3-month trainee period with a $350 per month salary. (At this stage you will have an opportunity to see real projects and try doing some practical tasks to get ready for independent work)</li> <li>After the internship and trainee period, the employee will receive a $550 monthly salary with a review once a year.</li> </ul><h3>Interview stages:</h3><p>Stage 1. Interview with Recruiter.</p><p>Stage 2. Test task</p><p>Stage 3. Interview with Mentor.</p><p>Stage 4.
