&lt;p&gt;Our team needs a new business development intern to connect with new prospects and close new deals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a business development intern, you will learn and contribute to:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Defining and implementing a successful business development strategy;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Generating new leads through innovative methods such as scraping;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Managing the CRM (HubSpot);&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creating an efficient sales pitch;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Booking sales meetings;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participating in sales meetings;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Closing deals;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Defining, tracking and measuring business development targets.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2 id=&quot;requirements&quot;&gt;Requirements&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All applicants must:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to work remotely;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have great speaking and writing skills in English;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mandatory - Be based in the UK and undertake a course in marketing with a UK-registered higher university requiring to do an internship for less than one year as part of a UK-based further or higher education course;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a good understanding of SMEs’ challenges and a strong interest in entrepreneurship;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be tech-savvy;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have great communication skills and be a great team player;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be proactive and enthusiastic.&lt;/li&gt;
