Your work will connect people to our mission and help bring clean water to communities around the world. You’ll report to our Filmmaker as part of the charity: water Brand &amp; Content Team and work collaboratively with designers and copywriters.&nbsp;YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working closely with internal stakeholders to create unique and thoughtful video content for all marketing efforts and audience segments●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Brainstorming creative video solutions to match the organization’s needs and support the goals of our Marketing &amp; Growth team●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creating video content for social media platforms●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Helping to define processes to effectively deliver quality video in a fast-paced environment●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Using insights about charity: water audiences to modify what types of video stories we tell●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborating and coordinating with the wider video team●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The creation, storage, and organization of video content and backup files●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Continuing to evolve the charity: water voice and tone, while still representing the organization’s values&nbsp;YOU MUST HAVE…●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar experience●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3-4 years editing experience●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience operating professional video equipment, sound equipment, and lights●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and the Creative Suite●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A current reel and/or website clearly indicating your role in the project●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of all stages of production and post-delivery methods●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to take creative direction and work independently to bring the vision and story to life●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Love for organization and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Incredible attention to detail and ability to multitask&nbsp;IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE…●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with sound design, color correction/grading, and/or animation●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to travel both domestically and internationally&nbsp;YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF…You’re a storytellerYou don’t just create beautiful videos, you know how to weave those images into a narrative.
