The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with excellent scriptwriting skills in &lt;strong&gt;Marathi&lt;/strong&gt;. Take ownership of the entire video production process, ensuring the timely delivery of finalized projects.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scriptwriting:&lt;/strong&gt; Develop compelling and well-crafted Marathi scripts that align with the project objectives. Ensure the scripts resonate with the target audience and convey the intended message effectively.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Storyboarding and Conceptualization:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storyboards that complement the script and project goals.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Production Coordination:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary resources for video production. Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of Marathi scripts.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Creativity and Innovation:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the overall creativity and uniqueness of video content.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;----------------------------------&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Proven experience as a Video Creator with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Strong proficiency in Marathi language, including excellent scriptwriting skills.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 to 4 years of experience in producing Marathi video content.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Knowledge of current trends in video production and social media platforms.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Shortlisted candidates will have to work on an assignment and share it back with us within 48 hours to be considered for further processes.&lt;/p&gt;
