You will be responsible for editing engaging videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our mission of positivity and change.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;● Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with the organization’s mission.&lt;br&gt;● Edit short-form videos for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts.&lt;br&gt;● Create attention-grabbing intros and hooks within the first few seconds to maximize engagement.&lt;br&gt;● Add subtitles and captions to ensure videos are accessible without sound, especially on platforms where users scroll without audio.&lt;br&gt;● Optimize video dimensions (e.g., square, vertical, or horizontal) according to platform requirements.&lt;br&gt;● Incorporate trendy music, sound effects, and voiceovers that align with regional tastes and cultural relevance.&lt;br&gt;● Design visually appealing graphics (e.g., text overlays, animated logos, call-to-action buttons).&lt;br&gt;● Keep videos concise and engaging, typically between 15-60 seconds, depending on platform best practices.&lt;br&gt;● Ensure videos are shareable, with clear messages or emotional appeal that encourage audience interaction.&lt;br&gt;● A/B test video formats to analyze which styles or themes resonate best with the regional audience.&lt;br&gt;● Monitor social media trends to incorporate relevant challenges, hashtags, or themes into video content.&lt;br&gt;● Collaborate with social media teams to schedule and release videos for maximum engagement.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;● Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a media or content-driven organization.&lt;br&gt;● Proficiency in Video Editing Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).&lt;br&gt;● Knowledge of Graphic Design &amp;amp; Animation Tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).&lt;br&gt;● Experience with Audio Editing (e.g., Audition, Audacity).&lt;br&gt;● Experience with short-form content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).&lt;br&gt;● Understanding of Regional Languages for content localization (subtitles, voiceovers, etc.)&lt;br&gt;● Ability to script in Hindi would be an added advantage.&lt;/div&gt;
