WIT Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to join the team. Your role is to drive revenue in the great Atlanta area, as well as in southern Florida where WIT Services is opening its second location.

WIT Services stands for Whatever It Takes. The company does mold remediation, water damage restoration, and other services needed by clients. After experiencing exponential growth, the company is ready to grow some more. That is where you come in!

As a Business Development Representative that has worked in this industry, you bring a book of business with you that is extremely valuable. You will be rewarded for that value as you close accounts for the company. To begin your time with WIT Services, there will be a monthly draw for the first three months. Beyond that time, you will receive commission on the accounts you close. Commission is uncapped, and your salary is as great as you want it to be.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Sell services to commercial clients in the Southeast Region of the US
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle for new clients. From cold calling to close.
Conduct extensive market research
Create actionable sales strategies
Nurture relationships with clients
Analyze market trends
Track business performance
Travel to clients as needed for cold calls, client visits, etc.
Call on a book of business you have cultivated throughout the course of your career.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

Sales experience in the commercial, multi family and hospitality emergency services industry

Offer Details

This is a full-time, employee position with a hybrid work schedule. Travel as needed.

First three months of employment will have a $5,000/mos draw. After three months, the position is paid 10% commission on all new business.
