<ul> <li>Sales of water treatment chemicals and development of a distribution network in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia</li> <li>Cultivating lasting relationships with end-users and distributors working in the power industry, petrochemistry, oil refinery, and food industry</li> <li>Budgeting and budgetary control</li> <li>Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports</li> <li>Organizing participation in tenders in the Baltic market</li> <li>Representing the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>5 years of sales experience in the field of water treatment chemicals in the Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian markets</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of chemical water treatment technologies for RO, cooling systems for circulating water supply, steam and water heating boilers, heating systems</li> <li>bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry plus in marketing, business administration or relevant field</li> <li>Experience in water treatment chemicals sales to end-users and distributors</li> <li>Knowledge of the Baltics chemical water treatment market and the main producers/suppliers of water treatment chemicals</li> <li>Knowledge of the calculation of the water treatment program</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices</li> <li>Excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills</li> <li>Good IT, planning, budgeting, report-writing, and organizational skills</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, initiative, drive, and enthusiasm</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Annual bonus based on revenue in the Baltic market</li> <li>Vehicle allowance</li> </ul>
