As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that ensure a seamless user experience. If you are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to create innovative solutions, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development:<ul> <li>Build website features and functionality using webflow including the use of multiple webflow versions.</li> <li>Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li> <li>Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.</li> </ul>Continual Improvement:<ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into the web design and development process.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug website issues to ensure smooth functioning.</li> </ul>Website Revamp:<ul><li>Revamp the current website by redesigning the home page with audience-specific navigation, enhancing visual appeal with updated branding, moving illustrations, and banners, integrating credibility logos, and adding a central login button for streamlined access.</li></ul>RequirementsMinimum Qualifications<ul> <li>2+ years experience as a Web Developer using Webflow</li> <li>Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li> <li>Proficiency in using webflow CMS and other Webflow functionalities</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator</li> <li>Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed</li> <li>Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Web Development</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
