As a&nbsp;<span style="color: #1d81bb;"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Website Designer Specialist</strong>,</span> you will make our company motto of “more reservations, happier guests” a reality by providing outstanding customer account management and creating great websites our customers from around the world will be proud of.</div>

<p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>Working shifts:</strong></span> 3 PM to 12 AM UTC (8am to 5pm California Time)&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Conceptualize, use a consultative approach in creating high quality, professional, hospitality websites for our customers through our in-house website builder&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines of multiple accounts&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage all records and upkeep all task management systems related to websites service delivery&nbsp;</li>
<li>Directly work with and effectively communicate with our different customer profiles through video calls, emails, and voice call&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with website service scoping or questions from potential customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Investigate on website errors or support, research, and suggest on website service improvement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage internal escalations and coordinate with internal teams to give website onboarding updates or resolve customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Onboard customers effectively and publish quality websites efficiently by following internal standard procedures and collaborating with a team of website designers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use graphic design tools to create visual elements that are in line with our customers’ branding&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resourceful and can research and develop content to build websites quickly&nbsp;</li>
<li>Passionate about meeting customers from all over the world and happy to provide them genuine customer service</li>
<li>Problem solver, resolves and handles customer complaint&nbsp;</li>
<li>Up to date with website trends and website development techniques that are most most effective in engaging consumers</li>
<li>Able to handle multiple deadline-driven pressure</li>
<li>Involved in developing website service improvement processes and projects&nbsp;</li>

<p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>You’ll Succeed With:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of Website Design and Development experience preferred</li>
<li>1+ HTML and CSS experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred</li>
<li>Experience with (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal or Duda preferred</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>
<li>Background in customer service or professional services onboarding&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional management</li>
<li>Excellent internet/wifi connection</li>
