Role Responsibilities

  • Share benefit enrollment information with eligible clients
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Respond to incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Return calls and provide timely follow-up support
  • Review client needs and explain available coverage options
  • Use the Needs Analysis system to help create personalized recommendations
  • Stay informed on current products, services, and policy updates
  • Work closely with leadership and training teams to improve knowledge and performance
