Senior frontend technical leader delivering scalable AI-driven web apps, guiding architecture, mentoring engineers, and aligning product, design, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend design and development with TS, React, Next.js.
  • Translate backlog from Product/UX into detailed specs for Agents.
  • Synthesize user stories, site maps, and design systems into specs.
  • Build SEO-friendly, accessible, high-performance frontend solutions.
  • Integrate with platforms like Contentful, Contentstack, Algolia, Cloudinary.
  • Implement enterprise-grade design systems and component libraries.
  • Architect frontend solutions with backend and AI integrations.
  • Mentor frontend engineers; provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with PMs to manage delivery risks and timelines.
  • Communicate complex frontend/AI concepts to tech and non-tech.

Requirements

  • Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript experience.
  • Extensive React and Next.js experience.
  • Proven spec-driven development experience.
  • Experience creating/consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on AI coding agents experience (Copilot, Claude Code).
  • Strong prompt engineering skills.
  • Experience with LLMs (Gemini 3, Claude Opus, GPT-4.x/5.x).
  • Vector stores and RAG-powered applications experience.
  • Experience using Agent Development Kits (Google ADK).
  • Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BMAD Method or similar spec-driven frameworks.
  • AI agent design patterns, task planning, and reasoning.
  • Agent observability and debugging.
  • Familiarity with layered and distributed architectures.
  • Terraform experience.
  • Backend technologies to support full-stack collaboration.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or complex frontend ecosystems.
