Board Certification: Board Certified in Pulmonologist Active WI Licensure Candidate Type: MD, DO Prior Experience 3+ years of clinical practice Visas Accepted: No J1 or H1 About the Opportunity: Are you a Board Certified Pulmonologist looking to get involved in an exciting new project? Do you desire flexibility in your work schedule, more autonomy in your professional life, and the reward that comes from helping the underserved? We are seeking an Pulmonologist to perform telemedicine visits/e-consults/procedural interpretations. Our focus is to remove barriers to accessing specialty care. Areas of interest include, but not limited to:

• COPD
• Asthma
• Interstitial Lung Disease
• Pulmonary Nodules
• Pulmonary Hypertension

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Existing, unrestricted, license in WI required
• Required 6 hour clinic availability per month block, with room for expansion
• Conduct outpatient Tele-clinic
• Provide outpatient and inpatient E-Consults
• Assist with Procedural Interpretations; PFTs
• Provide Curbside Consults
• Communicate with referring providers
