Define the roadmap for backend trading systems and improve order management, risk, pricing, and settlement for futures.

Define the roadmap for backend trading systems.
Improve order management, risk engines, pricing, and settlement.
Collaborate with engineering and quant teams to translate trading needs into solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to release and new features.
Monitor backend performance and fix issues before users are affected.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Experience working with trading systems (any level).
Understanding of financial products such as margin, futures, perpetual swaps, and options.
Technical or quantitative background (CS, financial engineering, math).
Ability to translate trading algorithms and risk methods into product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
