Responsibilities
- Develop and implement backend services for AI chatbot products.
- Build large-scale software systems impacting millions of users.
- Explore and integrate LLM applications to improve chatbot performance.
- Upgrade infrastructure, tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, refactor systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code; mentor juniors and share knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Java programming skills; hands-on coding required.
- Proficiency in Python; experience collaborating with algorithm engineers.
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly learn new knowledge.
- Strong cross-team communication skills.
- Familiarity with design patterns and system design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Chatbot/Custom service Bot.
- Experience with LLM usage.
- Experience with data processing frameworks (Flink/Spark).
