Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement backend services for AI chatbot products.
  • Build large-scale software systems impacting millions of users.
  • Explore and integrate LLM applications to improve chatbot performance.
  • Upgrade infrastructure, tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, refactor systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable code; mentor juniors and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Core Java programming skills; hands-on coding required.
  • Proficiency in Python; experience collaborating with algorithm engineers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly learn new knowledge.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and system design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Chatbot/Custom service Bot.
  • Experience with LLM usage.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks (Flink/Spark).
