Project Manager - Security Operations

This role is part of our Security team, where you'll take end-to-end ownership of improving our security systems and tools — from gathering requirements and coordinating development to launching enhancements and optimising post-release performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, support security operations, and keep day-to-day business running smoothly. Beyond the operational side, you'll also own our security user-facing channels, digging into performance and operational data to surface insights that drive smarter decisions. Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end improvement of security systems and tools, from requirement gathering and prioritization to development coordination, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature rollouts, product enhancements, and system improvements.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.

Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process documentation, and internal communications.

Handle day-to-day operational tasks to support business continuity and process efficiency. Support security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.

Manage security user-facing channels, including content planning, visual asset coordination, publishing management, and performance analysis, with continuous optimization based on key metrics and audience engagement.

Conduct data processing, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in product management, project management, operations, or a hybrid role.

Strong product sense, with experience in driving initiatives from planning to execution.

Solid project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in content writing, editing, and information research, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging materials.

Detail-oriented, hands-on, and reliable, with a strong ability to continuously improve workflows and performance, leverage AI tools effectively at work, and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
