Sales – Senior Client Solutions (SMB, Enterprise & New Business)
Role Purpose
Blanchard is seeking high-performing sales professionalsto drive revenue growthbyacquiringnew customers and expanding existing accounts.
We havesalesopportunitiesavailableacrossmultiple segments(SMB,Enterprise,andBusiness Development).Role alignment, title, and portfolio will bedeterminedbased on experience anddemonstratedability to consistently generate and close new business.During the interview process, wewillpartner with you todeterminethe best fit based on your experience, strengths, and career goals.
On TargetEarnings (OTE): $120,000 - $200,000+,inclusive ofbase salary anduncappedcommissionwith apotential first-year guarantee.OTEis dependent on role, ramp time, and experience.
Work-from-anywhere in the flexibility (home, hybrid, or HQ in sunny Southern California). Must be located in the United States.
Duties Include:
New Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.
- Proactively prospect through outbound efforts including calls, emails, social selling, networking, and account-based strategies.
- Own and execute territory and account plans aligned with Blanchard’s growthobjectives.
- Qualify opportunities using a consultative discovery approach and advance deals with urgency and clarity.
Sales Cycle Management
- Own the full sales cycle frominitialoutreach through close, including discovery, solution alignment, proposals, and negotiation.
- Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate value and align solutions to business outcomes.
Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Position Blanchard as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to organizational goals.
- Identifyopportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, andadditionalbuying groups.
- Support post-sale collaboration to ensure strong client experience and long-term growth.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with decision-makers, including HR, L&D, OD, and executive leaders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, SalesDevelopmentRepresentatives, Solution Architects, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Provide market and client feedback to inform sales strategy, messaging, and solution development.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencerequired
- Advanced degree a plus
- Minimum of3-5+years of B2B sales experience, with exposure to SMB, Enterprise, or New Business Developmentenvironments
- Demonstrated successacquiringnew clients and growing existing accounts
- Experience selling solutions, services, or platforms (leadership development, HR, SaaS, professional services preferred)
- Track recordof closing complex deals and managing a full sales cycle
