Develop and maintain Python services for IAM and data-access platforms in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python services and integrations for IAM and access management.
- Onboard apps into centralized data and access frameworks.
- Implement and support IAM tool integrations with ServiceNow, Okta, and IGA.
- Perform data mapping and management for application user access.
- Contribute to Terraform Enterprise projects, AWS resources, and modules.
- Support event-driven and serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
- Design and support APIs and backend services for platform integrations.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Collaborate to ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Python development, debugging, and testing.
- 2–3 years in data engineering, backend engineering, or related roles.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (VCS, CI/CD).
- Terraform experience (incl. Terraform Enterprise) with modules.
- AWS services: Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS.
- Familiarity with event-driven, serverless and/or containerized architectures.
- Basic experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Strong communication for cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours for global collaboration.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of access management concepts.
- Exposure to RBAC, ABAC, or PBAC models.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with IAM or identity-centric platforms (Okta, IGA).
