Design and implement scalable cloud-based data and identity platforms. Build Python services and IAM integrations using AWS and Terraform, with remote options in Uruguay or Argentina.

Responsibilities

Develop Python-based services and integrations for IAM platforms.
Support Terraform-based cloud infrastructure deployments.
Onboard apps into centralized data and access frameworks.
Build integrations between IAM tools and platforms like ServiceNow and Okta.
Perform data mapping and management for user access data.
Contribute to Terraform Enterprise projects and AWS resources/modules.
Support event-driven and serverless solutions on AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS).
Design and support APIs and backend services for integrations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality practices.
Collaborate with teams to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience developing, debugging, and testing Python apps.
Solid Python development skills.
Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/RDS, SNS, SQS, ALB).
Experience with Terraform and Terraform Enterprise (IaC).
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and serverless/containers.
Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
Good communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of access management and authorization concepts.
Exposure to RBAC, ABAC, or PBAC models.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
Prior exposure to IAM or identity-centric data platforms (Okta, IGA tools).
